Print Your Shipping Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing at home.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back in its original Taos shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS location; you will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
